The young Black guy who were taking orders yesterday close to 5 was so rude and disrespectful when I was trying to get an understanding of Happy hour prices that he kept cutting me off as I was speaking.

The store says they open at 8am. I was there just minutes after 10am. Doors locked for the bathroom I needed to use first (while this is stupid, u understand most places do this now. Atleast they disnt force me to order first.) Then I went to thw counter and waited..and waited, 4 employees looked me and never said a word to me. Finally the one doing the drive through came over and took my order. I voice my concern about all three of them looking at me ut the 2 making orders did nothing after they made the drive through order to acknowledge me. The drive through lady said she was busy doing drive through. I explained I understand that but your 2 others looked right at me and went on to the back. One came back with a box of stock items. She said they donate the automated I could use. I said I know and I don't like them for job se unity purposes. (Especially when no one was in the lobby and you had 1 car in the drive through) luckily the breakfast crunches was great. As humans, do better!

If I could get this place zero stars I would, we had just left there and the cashier named Edgar Valdim was very rude and rushed us through our order. We ended up having to pay two separate times for one whole vehicle. We told him multiple times it was all on one order and he ignored us. This is the worst service I have had at this location.

Nice and clean. Only complaint was having to ask an employee for the code to the restroom and I was escorted to the restroom while she entered the secret code

The staff was extremely rude during my visit. I had already paid for extra chicken on my cantina bowl, but when I received my order, it wasn’t added. When I politely brought it to their attention, instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to charge me again for something I had already paid for.
The way the situation was handled made me feel very uncomfortable. The attitude from the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, and it honestly felt like they didn’t care about making it right. Because of how things were handled, I even questioned whether my food had been tampered with, which should never be a concern as a customer.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. Customer service needs serious improvement, and I hope management takes situations like this more seriously in the future.
