    I am a DoorDash driver submitting a formal complaint regarding the conduct of the manager at the Pizza Hut in Raytown, Missouri, on June 30 at approximately 8:30 p.m. I arrived at the scheduled pickup time for a double DoorDash order and was told the order had just been received and would take about 15 minutes. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I politely asked for an updated estimate. The manager told me to cancel the order because someone else would pick it up and said they “didn’t need me.” He also stated that I “work for him,” which is incorrect, as DoorDash drivers are independent contractors. When I asked for his name, the manager refused to identify himself. Instead, he followed me outside to my vehicle, took a photograph of my license plate, and told me not to come back. I found this intimidating, especially since I remained calm and was only asking for his name. During the incident, I heard another customer ask the manager why he had spoken to me that way. Another DoorDash driver also told me they intended to report the manager’s behavior based on what they witnessed. As a result of this incident, I canceled the double DoorDash order after waiting approximately 30 minutes, causing me to lose both time and income. I respectfully request that this incident be investigated, including a review of any available surveillance footage and interviews with the employees who were working at the time. I also ask that this complaint be documented and that I be informed of the outcome of the investigation. I have completed hundreds of deliveries and have always treated restaurant employees with courtesy and respect. I expect the same level of professionalism in return. No delivery driver should be subjected to disrespect, intimidation, or retaliation for politely asking for an update or requesting a manager’s name. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

    After so long hating this place I see it was Under New Management. So I tried it again what a mistake the biggest mistake probably of my life lately! I spent $150 I wanted five pizzas two Wings two breadsticks in a brownie cuz I have a big family full of boys. All stuffed crust and they gave me two stuffed crust cheese they were supposed to be two step pepperoni to Scrubs crust pepperoni and sausage that were supposed to be two stuffed crust meat lovers and then one chicken buffalo with no onions and had more onions on it than chicken. Not only was it wrong that I ordered it at 3:00 in the afternoon to have it delivered at 6:00 and it didn't come in till 20 till 7:00. So I called up there and the rude person that answered said well you use the app it's not our fault it came across as cheese so that's on you it's there app that didn't work right so that's my fault when I ordered it it said two pepperoni meat letters chicken with no onions I will never go to Pizza Hut again
