When I got to the window and asked "manager" to add the cookie, you would have thought I asked him to pay for my food!!!!!! He was so rude and obviously annoyed that I added a freaking cookie to my order. With NO ONE in line or inside. I about told him to keep the penny because that is all his customer service was worth. Raytown location is crap.
