  Horrible customer service one of the guys said an offensive comment after I ordered 3 burritos for my family and he thought it was only for me. He said an expression like im going to eat the 3 burritos Never gonna come here again. Another employee complained to me about his long shift as if I were his therapist.   Service was atrocious, asked for extra on a few items, got a single half scoop, then was promptly and rudely argued with when I asked about it to the point I just canceled my order and walked out. Would not recommend this spot.

  This location is under staffed with workers who do not work as a team, so they are inefficient. The customers are also terrible. They are sooooooo needy and not grateful at all. So this all compounds upon itself. The food tastes good and the value is good. But almost every time I have come it is the same story. The only reason I come now is because it is the chipotle near my education. If you can go elsewhere for chipotle, I'd recommend it. As of 9/22/26: An employee from another store was transferred to this location. His smile, kindness, and attentive attitude is infectious. He is already making a difference with the attitudes of his fellow staff. Customer service has now improved immensely.

  The fact that I ordered the new chicken (wasn't what I got) and there is only 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl is crazy. I asked you light rice and 90% of my bowl is rice. I called 9 times and something kept picking up and hanging up the phone. If I was and to leave work and return the order I would. Terrible experience. I started mixing it looking for more chicken and this is it. Before it say it, this is the portion they gave me.

  The tables were a bit on the dirty side. And it looked like two tables were taken up by stuff from the store so like boxes and things. Right around dinnertime 7pm An employee was on their break which is fine but it's still around dinner time. Otherwise the experience was fine and it's just my preference in food as to why the food score is only three stars. Because I'm picky.
