  I went in to order a bowl and was told they were out of beans. I asked when they’d have more and was told “I don’t know.” I asked if it would be five or ten minutes — I didn’t even get to finish before I was cut off with another “I don’t know.” I asked who would know, and got “I don’t know who knows.” I asked who was making them, and got “someone in the back.” At no point did anyone offer to go check. If I’d been given any kind of estimate — even ten minutes — I would have waited and eaten there. Instead I left and drove to a different Chipotle that was noticeably cleaner and better run. That’s where I’ll be going from now on. Running out of an ingredient happens. Not being willing to walk twenty feet to find out when it’ll be ready is a different problem.

  The worst chipotle in the city. Always understaffed. Always missing ingredients. Rude staff. Staff hiding from customers.

  The last time I went to Chipotle they gave me the tiniest portion of barbacoa and I haven't been back in over a year. My kids wanted to go today, and while it's still not the heaping portion of meat of Chipotle's golden days, it was decent. I helped my two kids order and the woman helping us was so helpful and kind and spoke clearly and directly to them, while also keeping up a brisk, professional pace. The restaurant was clean and orderly. It was $22 for two kids meals and a bowl, which I thought was pretty reasonable.

  out of EVERYTHING every time I come in. Employees not letting anyone grab water when it’s hot out. Employees with long braids IN the food as they prepare bowls & burritos. Lines growing and people looking out from the back watching one person prepare, and cash out customers alone… close this location.

  It was so hot in restraunt-the employees looked overheated and exhausted. There was a line out the door, but they were understaffed while what appeared to be the manager sat at a nearby table sorting receipts or something. He had a fan set atop the table blowing in his face while the employees working over the hot grill had nothing. This seems like poor leadership, take care of your employees and fix the air conditioning.
