  the food is not fresh, you can see them grilling fresh but then they take it to the back instead of giving it out on the front. every single time i’ve gone here the employees are beyond rude and unhelpful with questions/concerns, it’s consistently dirty and out of drinks/silverware/napkins/ect. i’m going to drive extra time to go to a different chipotle because i constantly have a bad experience here.

  Chipotle why you do me like that I thought we was cool. Ordered a burrito bowl and quesadilla through the app. Food was ready fast store was clean and the worker was very nice that handed me my order, actually all the workers are nice every time I visit this chipotle. Burrito bowl was perfect but why was the quesadilla Kevin Hart size. I’m talking xxxxxxxs, like one bite for James Bola. Usually the quesadilla is cut in two and placed on top of each other, this was just one piece smaller than the usual half of the quesadillas I usually get when I order from chipotle. And the 3 sides I could have put the sour cream , rice, and beans in one of the 3 sides trays and it wouldn’t overflow. I guess hats off to the employee keeping food cost down. Once again staff is always nice at this location and it’s very clean but who ever put that quesadilla together with the sides come on now I’m not asking for extra I just want the regular size.

  I placed an online order for delivery...the 3 bowls I ordered were all short...didn't even rise to the rim of the cardboard bowl and missing off my order were the chips and salsa. This the second order I've done online and neither were right. Plus the fact that I couldn't use my rewards given to me from previous order! I recommend if you want Chipotle...don't go to the restaurant in Raytown on 350 Hwy!!

  This place isn't hard to find and it's pretty easy to order. It's 4pm on a Monday and not many are in here but the days and times can very. Food is fast and neat when it's made. The seating is great, however some of the tables are messy or not whipped down at all. Cleanliness of the space isn't 4 star worthy but everything else is fine. Lowe is probably one of the nicest I've met in any Chipotle humble and kind.

  When I got to the store, nobody knew where my order was ask gentlemen could he give me change for $100 and he said no I had to buy something I just spent $32.70 cents. I went to my car I came back with the order because I had two steaks. I ordered a steak and a chicken. The lady took my order back really Rood almost wanted to ask me to go get the other person to stop eating their food and bring it to her. The guy sitting in there heavy that guy told me sit down I said who are you talking to? I said I’m talking to you. I said you can’t be talking to me. Yeah I’m talking to you. Sit down. I said I wish I would. Then the lady comes out with the food. I’m not eating this. They’re all in cahoots because they’re all mad because it’s online order is wrong and I’m mad but I’m not coming in there forcefully I’m coming to say this order is wrong so where’s the other one they’re eating their food she finally makes it brings a bag and he says something to the fact that there might be something in the food! So $32.77 and I’m not eating any of it . I would like my money back its on Uber Eats. They’re mad because I have to remake some food
