    Maybe you should let your customers know BEFORE they order and pay that you have no ice! I ordered food through the drive thru this morning only to be told they have no ice, but assured me that my soda will stay cold without said ice...lol! Communicate these things!!!

    Store is clean again. They do seem to put the drive-thru as a priority versus going inside where I prefer to go.

    I ordered a large unsweetened ice tea at the drive-thru and was given a Styrofoam cup that was really warm to the touch.I asked could I get ice in my ice tea. Oh I'm sorry we don't have ice was the response..... you might have told me that before waiting in line to be handed a "hot" ice tea. How is not having ice even a thing at a fast food restaurant. Reminds me of going to get ice cream where their machine is always "broken"

    Here from NE and never been to Whataburger before, got the double. Burger was really good. Ordered some fries and onion rings for 4 of us to share and they were a bit cold but we were there late so I'll give a pass on those. Overall pretty darn good, have to try the breakfast now.

    I went to get my favorite late night snack the Whataburger cinnamon roll and omg was I disappointed!!! What happened? They used to be hot and soft and delicious and now there warm hard and inedible.
