  The staff are polite but the last 5 times I came they forgot the spicy ketchup. Sucks waiting 15 minutes at 1230 am to not even get your full order. I get accidents happen but 5 times means youre telling me to just cook at home instead.

  If I could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive thru got our drinks and paid… then didn’t see another person for 20 min. My husband finally knocked on the window to see what was going on and was met with an extremely rude manager who did not apologize a single time just stated “we have a $200 order in front of yours, then I’ll get started on yours” in a very rude tone.. so we stated “but not a single person came up letting us know there was a delay or anything and that would have been nice considering how long the wait is” and the manager got even more hateful and stated “ it’s only me, her and another person working”. When we did get our food not a single word was said just tossed us the bag. extremely awful experience and don’t feel that a manager should handle a situation with such a hateful tone. I work in the customer service field myself and was shocked. I understand understaffing, but not treating customers that way. Will not be back.

  You have to wait so long in the Drive-Thru line for your order. If another car pulls up then they tell you to pull all the way up and wait for your order and they bring it out to you. Every time I have gone to this restaurant I had to wait for my order. I believe they cook to order. If you're on lunch don't go here you'll miss your lunch hour.

  I, myself have gone to this location after work multiple times and it takes 40+min every time and on an order of two chicken strip meals - i got one bag of strips and no fries, no second meal either. Now my family and i drove through and it was the worst experience ive had yet and it wasnt even busy. Handed wrong drinks to us first, tried to say they were right until he actually checked the bag. “Remade” the drinks and never gave us our childs drink. We sat at the window for 15 min waiting on the order and then another 5 min for TWO/3 drinks. Just save yourself the annoyance and pick another location !!

  Light lunch we shared a patty melt very good, although the whataburgers my favorite don't forget to get the peach and cream shake or the Brownie
