  The young man Maddox was the person that took my order and got everything set in place very nice young man. Very sweet young lady Abigail brought my order out to me once again very pleasant and accommodating to help. Thank you guys you got a great team!!

My recent experience involved placing a significant catering order on very short notice for an end-of-year teacher appreciation event. Despite the last-minute request and the substantial volume of the order, your team demonstrated extraordinary efficiency and professionalism. I was particularly impressed by the seamless execution and the remarkable adaptability shown when I needed to make adjustments to the order at the eleventh hour. I would like to specifically commend Mr. Murray for his outstanding assistance and leadership. His guidance was invaluable. Furthermore, a team member, whose name I recall as Cassie, provided exceptional patience and kindness while processing the necessary modifications.   Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants. I usually get the chicken nuggets or the salad. It’s always very good!

  So this morning I ordered breakfast on the app and picked up through the mobile thru, I received someone else’s order so I already had to go back around through the drive thru once to get my correct order. Came home and first, they forgot the sauce I asked for which isn’t a big deal but when I bit into the sandwich it was like purple inside, just not a good piece of chicken. I called the store and let them know that I had already had to take my order back once because it wasn’t correct and now I was biting into a bad piece of chicken and was told that I need to keep the sandwich and bring it back and exchange it but not today because breakfast is over now… overall just a really frustrating experience.
