    Always fast and always tastes the same across the board. We love the chicken minis for breakfast and could eat them every day.

    My second time walking into the lobby, I got turned around by a large family leaving the building. However, I still ended up at the front counter, standing for several minutes. In that time two gentlemen walked up for refills in front of me, having a casual conversation with the lady managing the front. They ended their conversation, I made eye contact with the lady, and she walked to the back kitchen. A gentleman was also manning the front, who I also made eye contact with, and who also walked away to the back of the kitchen. I ended up walking out without food, driving down the street to cool down, and returning to the drive thru. The drive thru has been consistently efficient and amazing, so I was very frustrated at this dine-in mishap.

    Got the wrong order with my mobile thru on the way to work. Had someone else’s name and was only filled 2/3 of the way and looked to be sitting out for an extended amount of time. I’m now at work without a way to go back with someone else’s food that looks gross. The person I spoke to (Sam) was unapologetic and dismissive, saying he could “assure me” it’s fine. When I’m paying $9 for one item I expect it to be my food and not something that looks like it’s been sitting out or half eaten.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I regularly place orders through the Chick-fil-A app and arrive when it says my food is ready. Unfortunately, every time I come to this location, I feel ignored. Employees often assume I’m a DoorDash or Uber Eats driver and leave me standing there without even asking if I need help. On multiple occasions, I’ve watched customers who arrived after me get helped first. As a Hispanic woman, this has made me feel unwelcome and treated differently. I can’t say for sure why it happens, but it has happened enough times for me to notice. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have visited other Chick-fil-A locations and have always received excellent customer service. At those locations, everyone is treated with the same respect and attention regardless of who they are. This is the only Chick-fil-A where I consistently feel ignored and poorly treated. The food is good, but the customer service at this location needs significant improvement.

    I had a rare opportunity to eat lunch with my family. The food and service were both great! What I thought was super cool were the cell phone coops. We talked about our up coming vacation and what we need to do, played the game that came with the kids meal, and enjoyed the rare lunch. If you “complete the challenge” everyone gets Icedream cones. Thanks Raymore Chick-fil-A for encouraging the connection time!
