I ordered pepperoni lovers with extra beef and light cheese instead i got extra cheese barely any pepperoni or beef. I called 3 times the 3rd time I asked for a manager and he said I'll get the manager and the manager never came. I threw my pizza and breadsticks away. The pizza and breadsticks weren't cut me and my friend had to pull the stuff apart with our hands. So in the garbage it went. I went to bed hungry and so did my friend.

ZERO stars! DO NOT ORDER from here!!!! Terrible experience. I ordered 8 pizzas for our high school soccer team from the call center. They put me through to the store itself to provide them with delivery instructions. I was on hold for 45 minutes. No one answered. Called the call center back and explained. They said that often no one at the store will answer the phone. Put me through again, 25 minutes hold…no answer. No contact until delivery driver tried to drop my pizzas off 4 hours early. Delivery driver was nice. Said they would remake pizzas and deliver at 8…..bus waiting at 8 no pizzas delivered. A mom went into the store. Pizzas were just put in oven at 8. Bus could no longer wait 22 high school boys did not receive dinner after their game. No call back to me to apologize or try to make right. Tried to call back…..surprise NO ANSWER! I will be calling corporate. I need a refund and will NEVER be going back to this or any Pizza Hut! Just Horrible!

Food is okay, its pizza... service is polite and fast enough... but my god more than half of the crew has no idea what light means.... no exaggeration my light sauce pizza (every time) has the sauce bursting through the cheese
