  We have never waited in a McDonalds drive thru line for 15 minutes. Then not to even be greeted by the manager or our wait acknowledged was unacceptable customer service. She just handed us our food out the window while complaining to someone else about corporate office. She walked off, then two other employees took over and we were able to tell them the fries were cold but they just said ok and shut the window. If we weren't catching a flight we would've come inside to address this. We won't come here again.

  Tables were dirty, had to wipe it off. Order was marked to go, probably because one of the mcmuffins was burnt.

  This is the most incompetent McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. 39 years old and this one takes the cake. Hands down. They need to fire the general manager and the regional manager for allowing such incompetence.

  This place hasn't gotten a single one of my orders right in 3 years. Then they make you sit outside for 20 minutes every time. EVERY TIME. Then you get the food and it's frickin COLD. Like, what were yall doing that took 20 minutes if it wasn't MAKING HOT FOOD?! The hell was i waiting on? I'm not exaggerating. I only keep coming back because it's close and I'm really, really dumb It is, quite literally, the worst fast food place I've ever been to. If they had a rating lower than 1 star I'd give them that.

  Just went through the drive through like 5 min to close, the man who gave us the food had 1 peter 5:7 on his arm, he was so genuine with trying to get the food out to us quick, apologetic for the really short wait. prbly the end of his shift but was so polite and you could tell just a good dude. Definitely a good employee and a really refreshing personality for fast food. Food was hot and good!
