  Muy mal servicio primero pense que era discriminacion pero entre Al restaurante a ordenar porque no me entendieron y porque estaba muy despacio la linea de carros pero enseguida entro una señora Bien enojada estubo esperando por 20 minutos por su comida y no le dieron lo que pidio a nosotroz no nos dieron las bebidas estubimos esperando pero se me ase muy extraño porque tenian mas que suficientes trabajadores entonces que esta pasando pues te dire que ase falta un supervisor o manejador pero uno que meresca El titulo porque como mire los trabajadores se miraban desorientados o atontados de tantos que abia ninguno asia completo su trabajodeben ellos deben estar presentes y ayudando en lo que se ocupe y para mantener orden y atender Bien a los comensales

  Came at 9p one night, and they were absolutely slammed. Ella at the drive thru was crushing it, memorizing orders like it was nothing, and was handling the stress like a champ when I got to the window. I went in to get another Fry, and I saw Courtney the manager killing it Alongside the crew, making and fulfilling orders. They absolutely demolished it!

  They will leave you sitting in the drive through for a long time without any communication for 5 plus minutes without even placing a order and if you drive around to the window they are rude and will tell you to go get back in line absolutely not acceptable not to add they don’t know who ordered what most of the time then your order will be messed up and have to wait even longer for it to be corrected the worst experience ever and happens all the time

  Went through the drive thru the other night and said the whole welcome to McDonald’s bs then cuts out I can understand being close but instead of saying all of that yall should’ve said sorry we’re close and I wouldn’t have had to drive to the window to get told yall where close next time if ur closed don’t answer the headset

  This is by far the worst McDonald's location I've ever seen in my life and it's been that way for years now. I don't know if they are consistently understaffed or the management is incompetent or what but I highly recommend going to the Taco Bell next door instead. It's the opposite of fast food. In fact, I've went to sit down restaurants and had my food delivered and half eaten quicker than this Mcdonald's can get you your food. One time I set at the second drive through while the first drive through had three people get their orders taken and drive ahead. I finally just said, screw it and went home. I don't know how many times I pulled in the parking lot during the non lunch or dinner hours and saw a line of a dozen cars or more just sitting there so I turned and to went back home. If you do go there, make sure to check the bag before you drive off because you have about a coin tosses chance of having your order incorrect or something missing from the bag. Once, after sitting in the parking spots where they make you park when they are too slow to give you your food through the drive thru window, I decided to contact the McDonald's customer service to leave a complaint and they eventually sent me an email back basically saying "Oopsy's, sorry about that", offering nothing in way of resolution. Save yourself the time and skip this location.
