- KAKenny AycockJun 27, 20261.0I ordered an $80 order and they messed up one of the most important pizzas. I called a store to get them to remake. They said it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to remake and deliver. I said I would be willing to come pick it up and they still said it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours before that pizza would be ready. This is totally unacceptable when you already pay for a pizza and they can’t make it right the first time.I called the The store and the girl that answer it was very unhelpful kept putting me on hold and then when I told her just to give me a store credit, she put me on hold and left me on hold for 25 minutes so I hung up and called back and she put me back on hold again for another 10 minutes and then I guess the store manager answered and she was just as bad with her rudeness. I mean a pizza only came with three toppings for real chicken cheese and buffalo sauce and they can’t get that right.

Dominos tracker said that the pizza was on the way 30 minutes ago so I called and they said it would be another half hour in a very rude way… I would have just ordered somewhere else if it would have taken TWO hours almost for one large pizza 😭😭. It doesn’t help either when you give poor customer service. At least be nice to your customers….. Edit: After reading some reviews, I guess I’m not the only one who’s experienced this. Dominos, do better. Also, to mention he hung up on me and my husband’s face when asking for corporates number… he said it was on Google and cussed in the background.
