  Order 3meat box wanted classic roast beef and was told it chicken or ham when sing said classic roast beef I order chicken plainthen get food fries cold the peach roll burnt a chicken had everything on it was in there 5/11 at 730pm

  It's a typical Arby's. They gave me the wrong food to go so that wasn't awesome but not typical.

  Last couple of times I have went has been terrible. Customer service is unprofessional..I had a beef and cheddar sandwich replaced a few weeks ago (really should have been the whole meal) because when I got home there was 2 pieces of beef on my sandwich my fries were barely full and my extra cheese cup that I paid an extra $1 for was a squirt of cheese. Same thing happened again tonight. Fries barely full., hardly any meat on my sandwich and a squirt of cheese. I gave it two stars cause at least I got all 4 of my mozzarella sticks

  Not fast, but got our order correct. I enjoy the curly fries and milkshakes. They were out of sweet tea, weird for the South. I recommend them if you enjoy Arby's.
