  Had to wait 3 or 4 mins to place our order. Then had to repeat myself 3 times for the girl to understand my order. Then the line was very slow to pickup.

  food is good, service is fine most of the time. if you show up late, your fries might be bad and the orange fanta is always low on syrup and thus doesn't taste especially good. if you ask for no ice in your drink on a mobile order, chances are that they will ignore it.

  Came in late (11:35) to get a sandwich meal and waited 25 minutes for my food when there was hardly anyone there. It’s late you know kinda understandable for it to take slightly longer but still frustrating. Food gets dropped off at my table and my friend and I had shakes and didn’t get them. I went up and asked about it and they proceed to tell me “we don’t have shake mix” which we were not told whatsoever especially when the food was dropped off at our table. We were offered a refund or a drink which no offense didn’t seem like much of a fix. There’s drinks on the counter that basically everyone steals instead of paying for one and I was told the refund would only be about $1 since that’s what they up charge in the meal which i’m not sure if that’s the case or not. Overall not very good with time management and didn’t seem to have very good service. I get it’s late but at the end of the day you have a job to do.

  Went here a few months back through the drive threw, could hear arguing from inside and when I got home I opened the package and there was a fist mark on my burger. They punched my burger. I'm not even joking, I'm 100% serious. They punched it. Was very good though.

  At 11:10pm we walked in. Not greeted and no sign of life behind the counter. After waiting at the counter we were met with disdain from the MOD in a striped orange shirt. We were instructed by said manager that was behind cooking equipment (in a not busy restaurant) to utilize a kiosk to place an order. The kiosk is confusing and hard to navigate. After placing our order for ourselves, dispensing our own cups and taking our own table tent, we went to get drinks. The drink counter was FILTHY. The floor was wet, sticky, greasy and slippery with no caution signs anywhere. Coming from Texas where Whataburger is a home town favorite, this experience was a huge let down. As stated by plenty other reviews. It looks like management is to blame. Time to look inward Upper Management. Hint hint.
