  This McDonald's sadly has a member of staff that takes pictures of customers, publicly posts said pictures and makes threats against customers. Very sad that this is deemed fine

  Ordered sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle their AI tool screwed it up and turned it into a "burger patty onion egg mcgriddle" Most foul thing I've ever tasted and nearly vomited. None of the staff ever stopped to question if "thats what I had ordered" if I wasn't busy trying to choke down my vomit, I would have gone back to get a refund.

  Lady at the 2nd window rolled her eyes at me when I asked for sauce. Asked for as many buffalo and hot mustard that she could give us (because I’m sure there is a limit) because we are big sauce people. This lady put ONE of each. Last time I came to this location the sweet tea tasted like straight sugar. I asked for it to be switched to Dr Pepper because I literally could not drink it without being grossed out. That guy then gave attitude and gave me coke instead. Idk what kind of environment yall got going on at this location that all your workers have shitty attitudes but something needs to be done.

  So my girl ordered McDonald’s for me to the house thru the McDonald’s app and it was a simple order of 20 nuggets, large fry, and a large coke. The order got here and the fries were missing completely and there was no straw in the bag either. She calls the location there to simply let them know about the situation and see what we could do to either correct it or get a refund for the fries. The manager or whoever answered the phone, she believes the name started with an M. Miranda or Melissa or something like that, was so rude and told her that it’s not our problem, that’s a DoorDash problem now. They did not apologize for the mistake in the order received, no kindness, just straight rude and appalling service. It would have been fine if she would have nicely explained the situation, but she had no courtesy or respect. Please hire someone else for the management position. This is unacceptable and should not happen with leadership in such situations. Thank you
