  lobby closed but apparently we can't do doordash through drive thru. had to go into the side and there was a buzzer you have to press. the employees thought it was the fire alarm. and I thought oh maybe since they can't do doordash in the drive through it's cause people are stealing orders. 3 people in the room and they just said the name without even checking anything

  I made a mobile order around 5:45 PM on May 6th. My order was a McDouble and a cheeseburger Happy Meal with fries and apple slices. When I got to the window, I was told to park in stall 5 and wait on the Happy Meal fries. Annoying, but understandable. The problem is I waited almost 5 minutes for an extra small fry. When I got to my destination about 6 minutes away, I realized the Happy Meal had no fries and no apple slices. I turned around and went back inside to talk to the same manager who had me park and wait in the first place. She took the Happy Meal box back to the kitchen with the ticket attached showing everything that was supposed to be included. They remade it, but when I got back to my car and checked again, the order was STILL wrong. This time I got the burger and two fries, but still no apple slices for my kid. At that point I looked up and saw the manager outside smoking a cigarette while my order was still messed up for the second time. I was already in a rush, which is the whole reason I placed a mobile order to begin with. I’ve worked customer service, waitressing, and fast food before, so I understand mistakes happen. But messing up the same simple order twice, after I already came back inside to fix it, is ridiculous. I won’t be coming back to this McDonald’s again. There are plenty of other places I can go where employees actually pay attention to the order in front of them.

  Anytime I go to this McDonald's during overnights the workers are amazing!!!!
