    First they got order wrong, then I realized they overcharged. They took the burgers from my car back into store and threw bacon on them, they were cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Then when I got home realized id been overcharged. Of course they couldn't do anything about it or wouldnt

    The general manager at this Sonic, name is Casey, she is very rude to customers. Casey also harasses her employees at this location.

    My boyfriend has grabbed us breakfast burritos from the nixa location. They forgot 1 of his ranches and all the salsa and I found 2 very long hairs in my food. One looked like it was cooked in the bacon piece. We tried calling the nixa location but no one answer which I understand since they are normally pretty busy. So he called the Ozark location and the manager there Sam has been nothing but amazing and helpful. We appreciate her talking to us and helping fix this issue even when it wasn’t at her location!

    In the past two weeks I have gotten 3 wrong orders. All of them a single drink. How hard is it to get one drink right? Cassandra needs to be taught the difference between 32 oz and 44. I can see by other reviews this is a common occurrence, you are basically stealing from people. You should be embarrassed, I won't be back. Also, 80 cents for a hunk of lemon is ridiculous.
