Their service has been consistently slow to where it is empty and still taking 10+ minutes to get an order no matter which way it was placed. I've constantly had this missing or given to me wrong. From the wrong order completely (twice) or just the shake, if it is even working, being almost entirely the whipped cream to where it's not drinkable.

I don’t care for this chain at all but my kids do and so we eat McDonalds on occasion. This is far and away the best location! The food actually resembles the commercials, tastes the best and the crew is professional and kind. I will only take my family to this location.

The kids in the drive thru can’t count back change even when paying with exact change. Food is often not correct and ALWAYS check your drink. It’s got a 99% chance of being wrong as well even though it’s automated.

25-30 mins early for where your going and could use a quick bite? Think again! This place is a black hole for your time. You can't get through the drive thru in less than half an hour it seems. I gave this place two chances a month apart hoping they got it together. I feel bad for the staff, I know they're getting hassled.

I was really excited about this place opening, but I don’t think they have gotten a single order correct every time I’ve been. It’s very clear that they did not put someone in charge here with experience in fast food at all as the other reviews suggest. Save your time and money and go a few minutes down the road to another location.
