  Inconsistent with the drinks , either watered down no flavor , not sweet enough, flavored drinks just not consistent. Great when they first opened but just not the same. Nice staff for the most part .

  I am not sure where to leave this review as this in in regard to a raffle donation, but this location is where I was supposed to meet the regional manager (Alexis Krejci) to pick up a donation for a raffle for a charity event. So the review is going here. When I was on my way to pick up the donation, Alexis emailed me saying she had been busy at work and did not have it ready. I was 2 minutes away. I decided to give her grace and tried to reschedule. She never responded after I sent multiple emails. I tried reaching out to corporate and got no response. I have the email thread still and can see that we agreed on March 23rd to meet on April 6th at 1:30pm. She even sent me a calendar invite. When she canceled, I suggested some times I might be available. No response. I followed up with her again on April 8th and April 15th. No response. If she couldn't do a raffle baskets, she could have just told me no, and that would have been fine. When I reached out to Scooters for a donation, they had one ready for me within a week. Very disappointed in the leadership of this organization. I will be going elsewhere for my coffee.

  Quality is about the same as any other stand. But this stand is by far the slowest in terms of service. They also have made errors in our order several times. Reoccurring training would be beneficial.
