I had to literally go behind the counter and get my own food. The girl called my name, they see me go to the counter to get my food and acted like i didn’t exist. One girl handed over a lady her food but as i try to get her attention she ignored me. After that i just grabbed it myself then i guess the security guard comes from the back yelling “ don’t do that again” as if there’s a chance I’ll be back. No thank you.

I give this place a almost 4 start. The winds and fríes are good. My last time there I did the meal combo which came with a drink. Sadly the sweet tea was out, staff didn't seem to concern with that.

On June 27, 2026, I placed an order through the Wingstop website, which was fulfilled through DoorDash. My order totaled $55.09 and included two cheese fries, one order of five-piece fried corn, and a 20-piece bone-in wing order with three different flavors: Cajun, Hot Honey, and Spicy Korean BBQ.
I specifically placed this order for delivery and paid the associated delivery fees and tip for the convenience of having the food brought to my home. After waiting approximately 40 minutes for delivery, I discovered that my order was incorrect. I only received one cheese fry instead of two, the fried corn was completely missing, and my wings only included two flavors instead of the three I ordered.
I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue. The employee I spoke with offered either a credit or a remake of the missing items. I chose to have the order remade. She told me it would be ready in approximately 15 minutes, so we waited about 20 minutes before driving to the restaurant. Having to leave my home and drive to the restaurant defeated the entire purpose of paying for delivery, especially after already paying delivery fees and a tip.
When my husband arrived to pick up the remake, the employees said they had no knowledge of the replacement order. They then told him they would remake it, but we continued waiting for an extended period. After quite some time, I went inside to see what was happening. The restaurant was crowded with other customers who were also dealing with incorrect orders and long waits. Employees appeared to be socializing rather than assisting customers, and the individual who appeared to be the manager had gone outside and was sitting in her car while customers were still waiting inside.
When I asked about my order, I was informed they had accidentally remade the same incorrect order instead of correcting the missing items. An employee had to take my order again from the beginning, writing everything down a second time because the first attempt was still inaccurate. Only after reviewing everything again did they finally begin preparing the correct order.
By the time we finally received the corrected order, it was nearly 11:30 p.m. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgment of the excessive wait, and no offer of any compensation or goodwill gesture despite the multiple mistakes, the unnecessary trip to the restaurant after paying for delivery, and the significant amount of time we spent trying to receive the food we had already paid for.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled—from the incorrect delivery, the confusion over the remake, the lengthy wait, and the lack of professionalism or concern for the customer—was unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so improvements can be made. As it stands, this experience has made me very hesitant to order from this location again.

There was several employees there, but most of them were chatting with each other. I could understand if they were all working really hard and very busy I would not be upset that my order took a long time but since there wasn't that many orders ahead of my and I did not see a hustle going on It was very frustrating that they wanted to joke around or then get the job done.
