  Wouldn't let me order at the outdoor kiosk said to go through the drive though line which I waited 10 minutes in eventually said it want worth the effort and went across the street to McDonald's for a decent meal instead

  They had me sitting at the drive thru for a lil over 5 minutes before they said anything to me and then their response to me was please hold just a minute.

  Got more order called numerous times to address the issue and not one person picked up once what kind of business is this.

  Parked at a speaker box and they told me to go thru the drive thru. (Which i didn't want to do because we wanted to eat in the car.) Drove up to the drive thru speaker and the girl was very rude, had attitude and then just stopped talking to us. After waiting a moment or two and several hellos.. we drove to steak n shake. This place has been run down 100%. Its definitely not like it use to be. We wont be returning until they get new management and employees.

  Months ago I placed a Doordash order from this store and received sour ice cream. Upon my research I was informed that this is usually due to the ice cream machine not being properly cleaned. Today I placed another Doordash order for two drinks, both drinks came room temperature with 0 ice and addons to the drinks were ignored as well. Our lids were not given anti-tampering seals, nor was our dasher even given a drink container.
