Food is absolutely horrible. The messiest meal I’ve ever had. The burgers were drenched in ketchup and mayo and all 8 mozzarella sticks had zero cheese in them, the tater tots were all over cooked and disgusting. All of our food was disgusting and sloppy. This was on 6/28/2026 at 7:15 pm.

We went here for just three things a grilled cheese, chili dog and a double burger they lady could not get the order so went we go to pay for the order that is wrong we asked if she got the order and she snaped my arm in the window snapping off my nail and bending my card then didn't give us the drinks that come with our combos si I get out and the manager has to come fix our things then the car behind us after we sat down under the oning to eat was telling the manager how she was cussing at them and was completely rude to them in the drive though. The food wasn't even good ZERO out of 10 I'm not going back

Pulled up to the drive through with no one in line. Only one person already at the window to receive their order. Was told to hold please. Sat there for 10 minutes and was asked to hold again. The only car that was at the window was still there. Left to go to rallys across the street and still got my order before that original car got theirs. Rediculous.

The food and service were good except for the 22 minute wait. This location is soooooooooo slow. So slow it makes you think something is wrong or they've forgotten about you. This has happened every time I've gone there. Typically at other Sonics in the area they're out within a minute or two.
I ordered @ 11:49 and it said it would be ready by 11:54. So to not make them feel rushed and to ensure my order is ready when I arrive I gave them an extra 10 minutes and pulled in at 12:04. I sat there until 12:26.
Despite the wait the food was hot and delicious so the crews good there's just a flaw in the system somewhere. It's also in desperate need of a facelift.

This particular Sonic needs a little help. The cloation looks older. If your order is a little different, make sure to check it. For example, I was given a breakfast burrito with no eggs (and I didn't ask for that). They are often very slow to attend the intercom - sometimes so slow to say anything (5+ minutes) that people think it must be broken. All this said I will still continue to go here because the location is super convenient for me and I generally love Sonic's offerings.
