There is two other Burger King's closer to where I work than this one, but I prefer to drive a little further for the service and food quality they provide. But today they went above and beyond. Because the other locations are closer it always wants me to do my carryout orders there and I have to change the location. I believe it was a glitch in the app but my order went to the wrong location. It was definitely more my fault than it was that locations fault. She read the order off my phone and they had it made in minutes and I didn't have to drive all the way to the other location to pick up cold food! Much appreciated! The food was great as usual

The manager, Boots asked me to come in where I explained-he was well spoken, poised and professional. He resolved the issue-ordered me another dbl whopper w cheese and I was out of there. I appreciate good business! Boots is an asset! Thanks.

She waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and a fry and a fries deducted like what was what was she waiting on? What like what was the wait for?
