Me and my kids came in for Mother's Day. We walked in and there was zero hospitality. We just were told it would take 15 minutes. No hello, no actual greet. We were met at the door like it was sad we were there. So we just went to Chili's.

We had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse despite how busy the staff was. Our server, Peyton, was excellent — friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. General Manager Jennifer was also outstanding and clearly doing a great job supporting the team during a very busy time. The entire staff handled the rush professionally and kept a positive attitude. We really appreciated the great service and will definitely be back!

Most unpleasant 3 hours of my life wasted, and then when the food finally came my food was wrong and then took 30 more minutes to bring the right order back. I'm done

We had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse. Peyton was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. The manager also came by and thanked us for our business, which really stood out and made us feel appreciated. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏🏼
