  They are neck and neck for worst fast-food at the lake with Taco Bell. Extremely dirty restaurant and unhygienic food handling.

  The guys in there are awesome i don't visit often but when I do eat here they never disappoint the guy on headset and the guy handing out orders was awesome

  This place drives me crazy. They close their dining room whenever they want. The sign on the door says 10:00 pm but came here tonight at 8:45, wanting to eat inside and out of the heat but doors locked again. This is the third time this has happened to me. PLEASE either change your hours or just stay open like your suppose to. It's no wonder why the fast food restaurant next door is always busy and this store isn't. I like Arbys but not so much on this location

  I ordered a regular beef and cheddar sandwich combo with a dr pepper. I waited 10 mins in the drive thru just to get a double beef and cheddar and a drink that tasted like diet coke/dr pepper. This is literally the worst Arby's I've ever been to in missouri. The managers should all be fired or paid more so that they can actually train the rude kids that work there. I will not be going back ever ever ever and I recommend anyone in the osage beach area to steer clear as well.
