    It’s SOOOO hit or miss. I’ve had good, okay, and just flat out bad. I went today and my drink had zero flavoring in it. Just straight up coffee. I was excited to try the new banana bread. I had to come home and put my own syrups in it to make it drinkable. Just frustrating when they charge so much. I’ll keep to 7Brew…

    I love Dutch Bros to death, but this location can’t seem to take customer orders correctly. This is my third time trying to ask for extra additions to my drinks and receiving none of what I asked for. Any customizations to the drink inherently means they’re likely to forget something else added, or just ignore what I asked for. We could turn around and ask for them to fix it, but that’s another 20-30 minutes we don’t always have every day to wait.

    I love Dutch bros because they consistently make delicious coffee, but Michelle’s customer service is above and beyond my already high expectations. Her service is fantastic, the drink she made was the fuel I needed to succeed for the day. I truly appreciate her for that. Thanks so much Michelle!

    We always love Dutch Bros. Love the environment, service and the variety of drinks. Always something new to try. Their white coffee is also my absolute favorite. Wakes me up like nothing else does. We visit way more than I'd like to admit 🤣 but it's worth it!

    The girls were very sweet however my drink order is incorrect they gave me someone else's drink and then they proceeded to give me what was supposed to be my drink but still incorrect, it was really hard to converse with a girl at the window as she kept walking away, A for effort. C for quality
