  10/10 absolutely love the SF golden eagle w/protein. I love that they have a protein option and my family loves the blueberry muffins

  Great coffee, fun people and place, and many seasonal drink options! There's hardly any weeks without a seasonal option. I've bumped my review down to 4 stars because, on multiple occasions, I've been ignored at the window. Im talking waiting 20min, no one else in line, trying to gently knock on the window, until a new employee clocks in and sees me. However, most of the other employees are genuinely a joy to talk to so 4 stars it is!

  I have visited this location several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been inconsistent. I typically order a Dutch Freeze, and while the flavor is excellent when prepared correctly, the quality tends to vary. During my most recent visit, the experience was particularly disappointing. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional and came across as somewhat abrupt. When the drink was not prepared properly, instead of addressing the issue constructively, she remarked, “that’s enough, I will do for you one more time,” and suggested that the mistake was due to my order rather than the preparation. On multiple occasions, the drink has not been fully blended, with noticeable white streaks and an uneven texture, which significantly impacts the overall taste. It appears that drinks may be rushed, especially during busy periods. While I do appreciate the generally friendly atmosphere, I would recommend placing greater emphasis on consistency and proper preparation to ensure customers receive the same quality each time. Overall, this location has strong potential, but improvements in drink consistency and more courteous customer interactions would greatly enhance the experience.
