    The employee at the walk up window was the absolute kindest and so patient with my friend and I as we figured out how to use a gift card and birthday reward and didn't rush us at all. We were tired after a long day of driving back to take a med school exam and it was the perfect pick-me-up to have a yummy coffee and a nice chat with the bro-ista :)

    Been coming here regularly/weekly. Most of time never an issue with wait times or drinks. Just disappointed lately at this location with drinks being made properly. Ordered a Golden Eagle Iced Chai & it came as a Golden Eagle iced latte; you can obviously tell by the color difference in the photos provided against the iced mocha latte ordered as well. You can tell they may have confused themselves with the abbreviation written on the cup; but it’s not how I ordered. I wish I had realized before I left for work. The store is always fast, just wish they would slow down to read the labels correctly & make the drinks to order. Other minor issues are just additional add ons like whipping cream missing, but it’s free so can’t really complain about that
