  Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to customer service is not even existence. It’s all electronic known ever at the counter. They always mess up my food. Worst place ever. Papa John’s was so much better than they go there. I avoid this place.

  They keep serving rancid fiesta strips. Or their fryer oil is filthy. They taste very bad. One of the worst taste I've ever tasted. Removing them from my food still tasted of them. I suggest removing them from your order.

  Ordered through the mobile app so I wouldn’t have to wait and here I am waiting 30 minutes to get my order this is the second time. I would rather make the drive to another Taco Bell

  Was excited to see Taco Bell open in Odessa, but unfortunately our first visit was disappointing. The lobby, tables, and restrooms all looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and my wife sat in a chair where the wooden base wasn't even secured, which was a safety concern. I'm hoping this is just part of the growing pains of a new location because we're excited to have you in town. With a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, I think this location can be a great addition to the community.
