  Had a few okay orders here, went there today and my order was wrong and when I asked for a refund since I will no longer be able to eat since I was on a work break and running out of time, Gracie was rude and tried to tell me I didn’t order what I did which I found unprofessional… not that sonic is where you look for professionalism but it would be nice if a bad situation wasn’t made worse by being treated unkindly. They also took the food back into the window which I wasn’t going to eat it anyway but i’m pretty sure that goes against food safety regulations, at least it did when I was in food service.

  5 years of being in Odessa and they still mess up my order EVERY single time. You guys suck. A man can’t even get a breakfast toaster, smh 🤦🏿

  Five till four for half price drinks have to wait for girl at drive thru. Just to be told that drinks will be full price because half price drinks stop at 3:58. If she would have taken my order when I arrived it would not have been 3:58. This is just some more of the very poor management at this location. You can keep your half price drinks and everything else will no longer do business with this sonic

  Love Sonic but this one has issues. Second time I've stopped and got no service. Just left and went to McDonald's. That place needs fixed.
