- KUKimberly UtzJun 26, 20261.0I placed an order for cheese sticks online at 8:24 PM, order was ready at 8:38PM according to the status update I received. I arrived to pickup the order at 8:40PM. Went to counter and was completely ignored until 9:00PM, my order was laying on the workstation, uncovered, box open when I arrived. The lady was cutting up another order beside my open box of cheese sticks, completely ignoring my order laying there in an open box. This process took her 15 minutes. Another worker then asked if she could help me, I gave her my name, the other lady closed my order, and set it in front of me, not even cutting the breadsticks or anything. I asked her if she could cut them and she cut the order in half and closed the lid. I asked her if they were even still warm as I had seen them on counter for the last 15 minutes. She of course said yes and shoved them to me. They had honestly been there so long the bottoms were soggy and cheese sticks were cold to the touch. The marinara was so cold it felt like it had just been unfrozen. Lesson learned…go to Casey's for cheese sticks and actual good customer service! NOT Pizza Hut in Odessa MO.

Even so, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and handled everything smoothly. The pizza was fresh and honestly tasted better than other locations I’ve tried—really great experience from start to finish!
