  Bathrooms were not the cleanist, it was freezing cold in the restaurant! Pizza was amazing!!!

  I had a terrible experience! Went to pick up our pizza order that we called in. Was told on the phone that our order would be $10.99, then when we get there to pick up the pizza they had doubled the price and expected me to pay $21.67 for one pizza. The manager lady walked over when I asked about why the price doubled and she was very rude and hateful towards me. I was not going to pay that much for a pizza I was already told was a different amount. If they were truly wrong about the price, then she should have called me back and told me before I drove all the way out there! It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be quoted one price on the phone only to face a sudden price hike and rude treatment when you arrive to pick up your food. Not to mention, it very rude to start talking about a customer as they are walking out the door. They could have had the decency to wait until the door behind me shut!

  Pizza Hut I have a genuine question. Are your employees required to wear gloves while preparing the pizza or no? I stopped by on 9/18/2026 at approximately 8:40pm -8:45 pm to put in an order and the female worker started preparing the pizza without gloves on I personally didn’t see her wash her hands when she came out of the break room or whatever that little room next to the cash registers are but she was in there touching her phone, face and everything else to come out to instantly start preparing food? I asked the guy that took my order if that was allowed and he just said oh well we wash our hands so it’s ok but I’ve never personally seen anyone handle food without gloves. Also the woman’s attitude was of.

  We are regular online order pickup customers, usually relying on the $10 large 1-topping pizza deal for a budget-friendly meal, and 9 times out of 10, our food is great. Because of that track record, my wife and I had high hopes when we decided to bring two of our daughters in to try the dine-in experience for the first time in five years. Instead, it was one of the worst dine-in experiences we have ever had. We were surprised to discover that our usual $10 online deal wasn't available on the dine-in menu, and buying a single large 1-topping pizza in-store cost around $22 without drinks. To make it work, we had to sacrifice the drinks we actually wanted and pivot to a Big Dinner Box (advertised at $24.99) just to stay reasonable. Once seated, our waitress simply went home in the middle of her shift, leaving our table completely abandoned. We had to go to the counter ourselves to ask for the straws we waited 20 minutes for, plus plates, forks, napkins, and the wings and breadsticks they forgot to bring out. When the food did arrive, the pizzas were undercooked and half-soggy with a strange garlic crust we didn't ask for, and the wings were chewy. Not a single employee ever stopped by to refill our water or ask how our food was. The checkout process was an absolute disaster. They initially tried to charge me $56, claiming we ordered soft drinks instead of waters. After some register confusion, the price dropped to $42, and eventually to $28. When I checked the receipt, the subtotal was $25.99 instead of the $24.99 clearly printed on the menu. When I showed the manager the menu, instead of adjusting the POS system, she guilt-tripped me. She told me their menus were "two years old," complained that correcting the price meant "her ass was on the line," and literally pulled a $1 bill out of the cash register to hand to me. It is completely unacceptable for a corporate restaurant to refuse to honor printed pricing, blame the customer for their outdated menus, and pull loose cash from a till instead of properly adjusting a receipt. We paid full price for a ruined family dinner and terrible food, and we will not be dining in here again.

  I placed an order for cheese sticks online at 8:24 PM, order was ready at 8:38PM according to the status update I received. I arrived to pickup the order at 8:40PM. Went to counter and was completely ignored until 9:00PM, my order was laying on the workstation, uncovered, box open when I arrived. The lady was cutting up another order beside my open box of cheese sticks, completely ignoring my order laying there in an open box. This process took her 15 minutes. Another worker then asked if she could help me, I gave her my name, the other lady closed my order, and set it in front of me, not even cutting the breadsticks or anything. I asked her if she could cut them and she cut the order in half and closed the lid. I asked her if they were even still warm as I had seen them on counter for the last 15 minutes. She of course said yes and shoved them to me. They had honestly been there so long the bottoms were soggy and cheese sticks were cold to the touch. The marinara was so cold it felt like it had just been unfrozen. Lesson learned…go to Casey's for cheese sticks and actual good customer service! NOT Pizza Hut in Odessa MO.
