  They took forever answering the drive thru so I pulled up to the window and they took a while to answer the window. Then while we were waiting for our food once we finally got our order taken we saw four cars from the drive thru pull out and leave.

  Usually have a great experience so this makes me sad! Went to order just a cup of vanilla Ice cream and the employee was very confused and was laughing at me, despite multiple attempts to clarify she remained confused. I would not have been bothered by this but she began having a terrible attitude. As a service employee you should never treat someone that way! I hope she has a terrible day!
