  We placed an order and were never served. We waited while seeing more orders placed after ours, they were being fully served but no food ever arrived in our table. I went to counter and asked if it was still a long wait and apparently they never even started it. They said we had to wait again. I asked if we could get a refund and they didn’t even try the refund but said we should see it in our bank in a few days.

  I'm usually the one who lets things go. But not this time. They forgot to return my debt card. Charged my card another fee $5.48 and acted like they dont know what happened or how to fix it. I know it's a small amount, but I question it because I already gave a cash tip, and if they do this to one person who knows how many others. And a couple dollars from this person and that person can add up. the manager (he said his name is Dillon) stood over by the front laughing and wasn't trying to help when asked. said he couldn't fix it, has to let corporate do it.. I demanded a refund so he finally handed me cash back with a funny smirk. I don't understand why hire people who treat the customers this way, and why putting someone like this in charge who doesn't know how to do their job.

  We were reached when it was about to be closed in 5 minutes max. But they made our pizza and allow us to eat inside. Great customer experience 👍🙏
