  We were there 20 minutes before close waiting at the drive through and they shut the lights off on us and won’t accept service. Terrible. Would not go again. Close earlier if you’re not going to serve before closing.

  Pam is absolutely phenomenal. Customer service is as good as it gets. Beyond helpful and friendly. This type of service simply doesn't exist anymore these days. 👍

  My food was so hot it burnt my mouth, all of it was made correctly, fries were salted. Perfect 5 stars <3

  ordered two small cookie jar blizzards with chocolate ice cream. i work at another dairy queen and have been a manager for 2 years, the cookie jar blizzard is in the system and comes with all 3 of these toppings. anyways, she tells me the total is 15.92 for two small blizzards so i already knew something was rang in wrong and asked them to repeat it, she said she fixed it and then hands me two blizzards with vanilla ice cream and then i ask for the receipt and i was still charged the same. go inside and ask to speak to manager and he sits there and tells me it’s not a menu item, okay so charge me for a cookie dough blizzard which already comes with hot fudge and cookie dough and add oreo? you should make your customers wanna come back… anyways he goes “well i’m the general manager” with an attitude after i told him i also work at a dairy queen and there’s a button for it. he didn’t even start off by offering to even remake the blizzards, i had to push them on the counter and say “well these were still made wrong” for him to tell me they will remake it. this place is nothing but disappointing everytime i go and i can see why after meeting their “general manager” i’ll be having a chat with his boss! :)
