They had broken down most of the store, and took almost 10 minutes to get me my 2 simple ice cream cups because they were too busy working on breaking down equipment for closing instead of getting my super quick and easy order ready. And when you have a tired and crabby toddler in the car, who was promised ice cream, and your family literally waiting for you to eat in the parking lot with their ice cream melting... Because the dining room is still inexplicably closed.... It's super frustrating to have to wait so long for such a simple order because the workers would rather get the store ready to close than serve their waiting customers who desperately needed to get going and didn't expect to wait 15 minutes to get 2 simple ice cream sundaes. I honestly wouldn't ever go back there because it's just unfortunately not worth the time.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
