Then the person that was behind the counter started to help us and stopped 2/3 of the way to get dri ks for the drive thru that arrived after us, I had to directly ask if he was going to finish helping us as he started to work on another order for the drive thru. Need to ge the priorities straight.

It took a good 5 minutes before one of them came to say anything to us. I ordered a two scoops in a sugar cone. My daughter and I walked outside to sit at one of their tables once we got our ice cream. I took two licks of my ice cream and it all fell on the ground. I went inside with all the ice cream told them what happens as she is mopping the floor closing up when its literally 8:40 they close at ten. She tells me I would have to pay for another ice cream.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
