Why are all the crunchy tacos soggy? It's supposed to be crunchy, not a wet falling apart and stuck to the wrapper soaked corn chip... Do better

Absolutely the slowest tacobell I’ve ever been too waited 20 minutes at the menu and they still weren’t ready. I just pulled through.

I’ve been in the drive through for 10 mins with no one in front of me watching the staff watch videos instead of preparing my order.
