  Ordered dinner for the family on Sunday. The order was supposed to be delivered in an hour. Two hours later, I called and was told they are backed up but our order is coming up soon. Two hours after that (about 4 hrs total) I called again. Some young guy said they use a third party to deliver and there is nothing he can do. I told him to cancel my order and he refised. I told him they are responsible for charging me for the food, which was charged to Outback. He yelled something and hung up on me. Two days later, still no delivery and there is about a $125 charge on my card, that still remains. I submitted a dispute with the bank. This was handled with such disregard for customers, customer service, such complete disregard for how a decent business operates. We were very patient with Outback during COVID and remained loyal to our local eateries, but this was so disgusting, I am ready for another restaurant to open up in their place.

  They don't honor online reservations booked a table for mothers day and when we got there was told it would still be a 45 minute wait. We knew it was busy but why offer the online booking if you won't honor it

  Fantastic experience at Outback Steakhouse last night, May 2, 2026. We arrived approximately at 5:30. We arrived, and the hostess didnt seem very interested in greeting us, but the front entrance was packed with people. When putting down my name, we were told it would be approximately 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes later we got the text that our table was ready. After being seated by a different hostess, our server Tyler was prompt in getting our drink orders and appetizer started. Tyler also understood we had a toddler and asked if we wanted his food served as quickly as possible, which we appreciated very much since our toddler was getting restless. The bread was delicious, per usual, along with the butter and bloomin' onion. I ordered the lavender lemonade beverage and it was delicious. I ordered the sirloin with broccoli and French fries and my husband ordered the Del Monaco steak medium. Both steaks were great, but my husband noted that there was a lot of salt in his steak. I also thought I had some extra salt in mine, but not as much as his. The broccoli was cooked perfectly. The French fries were hot and just crunchy enough. Tyler was a fantastic server and we will definitely be back at this location. Would be cool if they had outdoor seating, though.

  Terrible "mixed green" salad full of white iceberg lettuce hidden underneath for $19?!? Talking to the manager was worthless.

  We were there around 8:00 on a Friday and it was a fantastic dining experience over all. Ebay was our server and he was great. Recommendations for food and drinks were spot on. Came over to check on us at the right times and just social enough. We never had to wait overly long for our drinks. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The Chocolate Thunder From Down Under was a delicious, perfectly warmed up, gooey brownie with ice cream and whipped cream. The Croc-tail was delicious and I kept my 2 little toy crocodiles that came with it since they throw them away if you don't take them. We will definitely be going back at a later date.
