  Wow! I had such a wounderful experience today. The team was so friendly, the food was delicious, fresh, and fast! I was greeted, the staff actually had conversations with guests and asked how their food was. I want to say either the manger or owner (I couldn't tell) but had the energy of an owner was excellent. I drove a little out of the way for my sub because I ordered at the wrong location but I will now be ordering my sub from this location! Thanks so much for your team working so hard..

  Customer service is a negative. They expect you to accommodate their incompetence and lack of proper management (both of employees and inventory). Service is often slow, food availability is scarce, and quality is often questionable. I’ve offered payment and been told they couldn’t get the machine to read it, only to ask if they have tried tap, then the employee is amazed that it works. They have run out of more items than I can count, including bread…you’re a sandwich shop! Avoid this place. HORRIBLE. Corporate, you should revoke their franchise license, they are killing your brand in this area.

  Accidentally set my order ahead an hour later than I intended. Despite that they had my wrap and sandwich ready in well under 5 minutes. And they had no right being as picture perfect as they were lol
