- SDSommer Dwyer2 days ago1.0First time customer and won’t be back. I had a very disappointing experience here. The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment we ordered. I have a food sensitivity, and instead of taking my concerns seriously, she made dismissive comments and spoke negatively about food sensitivities, which was both unprofessional and inappropriate. To make matters worse, we were rushed through our order even though there was no one else in the restaurant waiting to be helped. There was absolutely no reason to make us feel like we were inconveniencing her. I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and provides better customer service training so future customers don’t have the same experience. On a positive note we greatly appreciate the kind man who helped prepare our food. He was friendly and gave us an apology within his smile.

Hell, I’ll go to McDonald’s before i go to this place again and i haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over 10 years! But real talk this burger joint is overpriced and burgers don’t even taste good.

If she dislikes working with the public then she needs to work in the kitchen, or work elsewhere. She makes you not want to visit this location because you just know there’s a chance she’s there! Not an exaggeration either

He than proceeded 2 make my food, I didn't want to make a fuss over it luckily I prolly wont get sick. But for future references depending on who hes serving he needs 2 make it a habit 2 change gloves its cross contamination and you can make elderly people and or kids either sick/die from it. So coming from someone who is and was serve safe certified please just change your gloves thanks.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
