    One star due to pretty terrible service, cold food and a very long wait. When we were first seated, it took over 20 minutes to get anyone to even get our drink order, we had to flag someone down. Then, we waited around 50 minutes before we asked what was going on because our food never showed up and they finally told us there was an issue with the kitchen. They brought out our food wrong, and the food that was correct was cold! The waitress was not polite and never apologized. Needless to say we probably won’t be going back

    I wish I could give a 0/5 star review. What an uncomfortable experience. Decided to go out to lunch with my family. We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress seemed nice and took our order for drinks right away but most of our drinks didn’t come out until after our food arrived. We saw multiple employees in the restaurant. With only 6 tables and 2 people at the bar; it was not busy. Our food sat for 30 minutes before our waitress brought it over to us. I asked for no lettuce and there was lettuce on my wrap. I sent it back and my cousin sent his cold wings back. The manager, “Tyler,” was very nice and respectful. He even offered to replace my cousins 20 wings with 30 wings. The manager continued to offer us refills and make sure we were taken care of. We were happy to have someone taking care of us and assumed he was taking over. “Alyssa” was the name listed on our receipt for our waitress so we believe this was her name. Alyssa came over one time to ask if we needed anything and we asked for boxes and the check. She had other waitresses bring our checks to us. When my cousin asked why our waitress wasn’t bringing out the checks the waitress slammed the last check in front of my brother on the table in front of him and said “here you go” with a snarky attitude. He didn’t even say anything before or after this and was pretty neutral in spite of being treated poorly. We are normally generous tippers and tip even when service isn’t great because we know everyone has those days but this behavior was not okay. It was the first time many of us did not tip. It seems like many people leave the same type of reviews about this restaurant’s terrible service. It’s sad the owners are replying to reviews saying they will look into the problems when they are obviously not. This restaurant’s location won’t last much longer with this service. Thank you Tyler. You are a good manager.

    Terrible experience. In the beginning, the server seemed cool and nice. Then midway through, our waitress disappeared on us, wasn’t checking in on us for refills, received drinks after 15-20mins of asking, cold food, wrong food order, and it seemed like we were the bad patrons when none of us did anything wrong. One of us watched our food sit in the back for at least 30 mins, and once we finally received our food most of it was cold or wrong. We heard and saw our waitress visibly getting angry and frustrated in the kitchen, and talking to her co workers about us. She once said, angrily, “I’ve been busy just like I was earlier!” Not an excuse. The restaurant only had like 6 tables occupied, and maybe 2-3 people total at the bar. The manager had to step in and get us refills, and right what was wrong. After this, she came over with an attitude and asked if anybody needed refills but her manager already covered us with that; too little too late. Then, it came time for checks, and our original waitress brought them us. But after that, she had another waitress collect them. That same waitress came back when it was time to sign, and one of us asked why she wasn’t bringing our checks anymore and she had no answer. After THAT, ANOTHER waitress came over and slapped my husband’s receipt and card on the table and said “here you go.” with the worst attitude and customer service ever. It’s clear that our original waitress is the ringleader at this place, and everyone is afraid to tick her off. Worst customer service and dining experience we’ve all witnessed. The food is nowhere near worth the price also. Manager was very nice.

    The service was TERRIBLE. Alyssa our server couldn't care less. I ordered a beer before my food came out. More than halfway throughout me eating she went up to the bar, leaned on the bar and had a nice conversation with the bar tender and then came back with no beer. Mind you it was not busy at all. Sunday at around 2pm about maybe 6 tables in the whole restaurant maybe 2-3 people at the bar. The manager had to basically take over for her and he was great and took great care of us. We really are not hard people to serve and we're very patient but she was lazier than lazy and didn't care to put it nicely. Then we're waiting for our checks and she had other servers bringing her our checks. I know people can be rude to service staff but we were still very respectful and one of the servers came and SLAPPED my card and check down on the table and said "here you go" very bratty. At that point I'm not giving a dime for that level of disrespect. You wanna be mad at me because you're all bad at your job when it's not the slightest bit busy? I'm a big tipper generaly and will even tip decent when the service is bad but that was disgusting the way we were treated. We're not Karen's or anything like that we just wanted a decent experience and they couldn't meet that low standard. Again hats off to the manager though. Alyssa you're terrible. Also we wanted fresh food. My cousin watched his wings sit for a half hour. Wings were cold and he sent them back. Manager was really cool about it and offered him 10 extra wings but he declined and just wanted them remade. I guess that's what set Alyssa off because we saw her through the kitchen slam her hands on the counter in a rage and it was all down hill from that. 07/26/2026

    Employees need to check their guests in quicker, become more efficient with filling orders, improve communication amongst eachother about customer orders, have someone dedicated at the register to answer phone calls and distribute orders to delivery drivers accordingly while they are still hot and fresh, keep their appearances more groomed with hair tied back, use manners and help customers in order according to arrival time not by familiarity, preference or gender
