    Ordered cauliflower wings at 6:15, and they said it would be ready in 40 minutes. Get there at 7, and they tell me they’re out of cauliflower. So no one thought to call and tell me instead of wasting my time? And then couldn’t even give me a receipt or any proof the amount would be refunded.

    We arrived at 7:00 PM on a Sunday expecting a normal dining experience. The restaurant only had about six occupied tables, and there were three waitresses visibly working the floor, yet we still waited over 10 minutes just to be seated. Once seated, I asked about a special I had seen advertised online. Our waitress had no idea what I was referring to and asked another waitress, who incorrectly stated it must be an online-only offer—even though nothing in the advertisement indicated that. After speaking with the manager, he agreed to honor the advertised price, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. We ordered our food and continued waiting. By this point there were only seven or eight occupied tables, but we could hear servers apologizing to multiple customers for incorrect or delayed orders. It was obvious the restaurant was struggling despite not being busy. Trying to be proactive, I asked for a refill on my water while my glass was still half full so I wouldn’t run out. I even placed the glass at the edge of the table to make it easy to notice. Ten minutes later, I still hadn’t received a refill or any attention from our waitress. I eventually got up and refilled my own water from the unattended server station. After spending roughly 40 minutes in the restaurant without receiving our food, we decided we’d had enough. We informed both our waitress and the manager that we were leaving. Neither seemed the least bit concerned about losing customers. Even worse, our waitress became verbally combative, repeatedly saying “bye” while waving her hand dismissively. Poor service can happen anywhere, but the complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and concern from both the staff and management was incredibly disappointing. If this is the level of service Buffalo Wild Wings has come to expect from its franchise locations, this experience has convinced me not to return—not just to this location, but to any Buffalo Wild Wings.

    Absolutely terrible experience. The restaurant only had about 8 tables occupied, with multiple servers and a manager on duty, yet it took forever just to be seated. After repeatedly asking for drink refills, we were ignored to the point that we ended up refilling our own water. We waited so long for our food—with no updates or concern from our server—that we finally left before it even arrived. The staff was rude, and when we spoke to the manager, they were just as dismissive and unprofessional. No apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We left hungry, frustrated, and won’t be back.

    This location has been on a downward spiral for a bit, but thought we'd give it one more shot. Slow to come to table and get orders for drinks, so we ordered all at once (10 min). We timed the food when it was placed on the warming area to then be delivered (15 minutes). Other tables had it worse than we did, but the end result was an average of 15 - 20 minutes, resulting in cold food. Multiple tables returned their dishes. Poor service and questionable management, when we complained about the cold food, the waitress said she would get me items but said it would be quite a while (It wasn't that busy, but they may have been short staffed in the kitchen, but that was never explained). I'm giving this place maybe a year before it closes down if it continues....regardless, that was the last time there.

    Experienced the absolute worst service I have had in a very long time. We arrived and were not even acknowledged or seated for over 10 minutes, mind you there were only 3 tables of people in the entire restaurant. Once sat and our drink order was taken and delivered waited yet another 15-20 minutes for the waitress, Jade, to show back up and take our order. 45 minutes later, and witnessing multiple other tables arriving, ordering, eating and leaving and us flagging the waitreas down to ask if its ready, she finally brings out the app that we told her we wanted with all our food and it was COLD. Then another 45+ minutes goes by and we FINALLY got our food, also all cold, the "street tacos" were extremely cold (like fresh out of the fridge). Another table stopped by on their way out shortly after we got our food and mentioned they saw ours sitting there for well over 30 minutes before it was brought out. Then when we sent the tacos back due to the temp Jade responds with a "so do you want them to remake them or what?" Not even a single apology. Had the restaurant been busy, or had ANY of the food come out hot it would have been somewhat understandable, but every dish was cold, the restaurant wasn't busy and there were multiple servers working.
