- WCWil CappsAug 9, 20262.0I would rate 4 or 5 stars based on food alone, if not for the weird restroom situation. You have to request a key to open it and it's attached to a metal bucket. This makes sense for a gas station, not a food establishment. The food is good, but consider who doesn't wash their hands and you have to carry that bucket back to the front desk... even if you washed your hands, you're forced to handle the gross bucket and heavy door's knob to leave. I legitimately mean it is gross. The bucket is visibly dirty. I shouldn't have "middle of nowhere Phillips 66" vibes using a restroom in a restaurant. I sincerely hope employees don't use the same process. I won't be returning to this location... Gross. I will start asking other locations if they have the same policy. 🤢 I want to explicitly call out Kendalyns great service. She was very kind and patient. My wife and I were jonesing hard for acai bowls this morning. We had hit up smoothie king right by our house and it was closed. We hit tropical smoothie on Englewood and they had all bowls disabled because there was no coconut available. Rectify the fact you literally can't eat with clean hands please.
