  I came in today and ordered my food at 6:38pm - I got my order 30 mins later. We ordered a Açaí bowl that was supposed to be drizzled in peanut butter ( since I was given a choice between 2 options ) a 3 cheese Dilla and a Mango magic. There are kids (& I use this term loosely because they are earning money at a food chain restaurant) at the counter during peak hours & no manager or supervisor in site. I understand the importance of giving teenagers an opportunity to navigate the world and earn money at a job. But maybe there is a certain point where they can be trusted to run a shift smoothly and confidently. We had a total of 3 items when we were handed the bag he damn near whispered have a good day. After noticing the bag was a little light I asked if my Açaí bowl was in the bag. After double checking he ran back and made it without the peanut butter drizzle I requested. I’m not gonna give him a hard time because they’re 6 orders deep with 5 people in line with one that walked out. Restaurants come and go in that area, it’d be wise to make sure you have a well staffed shift to accommodate the flow of traffic up until peak hours are over. I’m not happy and to have the audacity to request tip when you use tap to pay is beyond me. Why are we tipping fast food restaurants now?

  Not a fan of their food but their smoothies aren't bad and customer service is bomb, love the young man there on day shift, he is a sweet heart that pays attention to his customers and provides great recommendations according to each customer!!
