The acai was very hard and not like a smoothie texture at all. It would break off in chunks when I would try to eat it or mix it up. The toppings were hard too. Was not creamy at all. I showed up about 7pm when there was nobody else in the store. I had never had an acai bowl here, but always come for the smoothies. I would assume they make it fresh while you are there but it wasn't. I didn't really enjoy it and ended up throwing it out when I was home because it wasn't enjoyable to eat. For $11 and for how small they are you should be able to whip them up in house pretty fast
