  Just went on my lunch, literally sat in the drive through line after placing my order for 18 minutes before driving off and not even taking my food. You all have some serious issues going there. You can be assured, I will not ever be coming back.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The guy working there at 9pm 07/13/26 was very rude. I ordered a Oreo Chocolate Master Shake, add peanut butter and w/ NO WHIP CREAM. Ordered it on the mobile app for pickup. First time the shake was brought to me with whip cream. I kindly explained to the guy it should not have whip cream. He grabs my shake annoyed and walks back inside. Comes back out and hands me a completely different shake and walks away without saying a word or allowing me to say anything. I knew immediately the shake was wrong again because this shake had a graham cracker topping on it and had no oreo, chocolate or Peanut butter. I pushed the red button to talk to him again. Told him the shake he gave me was wrong again and should not have graham cracker toppings. He then explains cheesecake shakes come with that. I told him I did not order a cheesecake master shake and while trying to elaborate my order he cuts me off on the intercom and doesn't say anything. He comes out again a few mins later with the correct shake. I tried handing him back the wrong shake he gave me and rudely told me "I'm not taking that back" and walks away. Doesn't apologize or anything for his mess up. This also isn't the first time my order has been wrong at this location. I will not be going back to this location after the experience I had tonight. To the rude guy I dealt with tonight .....DO BETTER! Pay attention to orders and do better with interacting with customers!!! 😡😡

  I ordered a Tropical smasher which doesn't come with onions as you can read in the description but apparently the workers do not there's onions all on this burger. This Sonic never seems to know how to follow directions even on their own recipes I'm sorry I tried this location again smh

  The food was good but the service was awful for services place is horrible the person that delivered our food to us a black guy was rude and hateful when all we asked for was extra napkins... Like what the heck do you guys not want people's business???? I'd rather go to McDonald's!!! At least there they act like they care!!!
