  If I could give this place a no-star rating I would, The car hop order taker whatever he is Mitch or whatever he said his name was was more concerned about his phone, rather than handling my food that I observed sitting in a drive-thru rest area for at least a minute. It's called fast food, not when you're ready to give me my food because you're on your phone and you're rude. I had to ask him what his name was just so I can make this post. Next time I'll be going to Wendy's instead.

  Failed to provide a legitimate legible receipt of purchase. When I asked one of the employees who was a younger guy that worked there told me that wasn't possible. Contacted the business and they currently are not accepting calls. Tried to contact in person no joy. Bank is currently issuing a charge back to this business due to issues with not following local state laws. Do not eat from this place if you want a receipt.

  I have gone to this location multiples time across a few years, because everyone has bad days, but this location across all instances has consistently prepared drink orders incorrectly (how do you mess up a cream slush three times in three different ways), added very little toppings to ice cream oders, mixed up food orders/missing portions of said order, and had extremely long wait times when only one other car was in the lot each instance. The workers are nice, but that does not make up that I prefer to drive 15 minutes north for more consistent quality and timeliness. No overhead music is very off putting for a carhop/Sonic location.

  Just went through the drive through to get a slush, the staff let me order, let me sit in line about 10 minutes while they filled orders for 3 cars in front of me and a car behind me. They let me drive to the window to tell me that "we're actually in the process of cleaning that machine right now".

  5-3-2026, 2:30pm. Ordered 2 regular coneys w/mustard, onions, and relish; and a Lg Diet Coke. The person responded over the speaker it would be $13.47. I thought that was high, but guess inflation in play. Got to the window, handed my money, the guy gave me too much change back. Waited on food, when delivered I gave him back the too much change. Drove home, opened the food, and they had given me 2 foot longs with Chili’s and all the condiments I had ordered. Do you know how bad relish on chili tastes. Also, the Diet Coke lacked syrup (carbonated water). Too far to drive back. This store is lacking quality control. It used to be a great place, but not going back until they improve
