  Great Italian sub and the aranci were perfect! I love to support family run restaurants and this one is definitely authentic. Will come back again!

  Great food. I wish they would put their Italian sausage (raw packaged) on the menu so I can have them delivered. I’m 70 and have been going to Scimacas’s on Independence Ave when I was a child!! We would go and get all the ingredients for a big pot of sauce with Italian sausage and meatballs! Also ingredients for lasagna. The best ❤️

  The pastrami is amazing! I had it on a meat tray at a catered event and now I pick up a sandwich weekly. Their website makes it really easy to order and pick up for lunch.

  Very attentive and resourceful staff. I enjoy the canoli filling and their Marinara sauce is one of the best I've had! I recall the location years ago on Independence Ave. and Paseo Blvd. before things changed in theat neighborhood. The old store had many delightful treats, items and meatballs that were delicious! They moved to the North town of KC and I'm glad I found them. I haven't tried their hot meals and I'm sure their great. I make my own meatballs and enjoy their sauce.
