- LSLenora S4 days ago1.0The drive-thru employee was beyond rude. Attitude all in her tone and she was talking under her breath & rolled her eyes. Simply because she put a breakfast sandwich on the order, and it was called out that it wasn't supposed to be there. Please train your employees on how to act when dealing with the public. All that stuff on her face got her acting as she can talk to paying customers in any type of way. I hope someone actually speaks to the young rude lady who was working the drive-thru at 9:42am on 5/15. It wasn't that serious for her to have done all that over her mistake. The manager on duty listened to the complaint and informed us that she would speak to her regarding the matter. Luckily she was professional.
