  Easily the slowest Sonic Ive ever been too, and Ive been to A LOT. Took 30 minutes past the estimate to get it out, including 10 minutes after it said it was on its way. Then they didn't include the ranch we request, waited another 20 minutes nothing. They refused to answer the button press completely. Absolutely the worst Sonic and they don't even do their jobs whatsoever. Edit: Waited another 25 minutes to get the ranch they said they were going to bring out....nothing. Almost an entire hour completely wasted at this Sonic. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

  I waited 35 minutes for an order of fries and a coke. I finally got out of my car and went to the front door to ask about my order. It was sitting on the counter. The boy handed it to me and I said is this fresh ? The bag was greasy. He said yes, they had just made the fries. I ate one and realized they were cold. I returned the fries and they bagged up some hot ones for me. Be honest with customers if you want them to return.

  We have finally decided to stop going to this Sonic after multiple orders wrong or drinks made that taste so badly you can't drink them.

  NEVER use carhop. I decided against the drive thru because I thought I’d be nice and make it easier for the workers. WRONG. I placed my order at 8:11 for one order of mozzarella sticks. That’s it. I sat in that stall until 8:37 I had enough and called. As soon as I called the girl said they should be bringing it now. What a coincidence that the second I call my food comes out. I wonder how long I could’ve waited, mind you I just got off of a long shift and I just wanted to quickly get one small thing and go home. When I received my food it was cold. The lady on the phone said they only had one carhop which was a lie I saw 3 diff people walk out of that door and give everyone else who had got there AFTER ME their food which was big bags and even some ice cream drinks which I know those take way longer than one order of mozzarella sticks. The fact that it took me calling to receive my order THAT WAS COLD after 30 minutes of waiting, to finally bring out one order of mozzarella sticks tells me that there was a mistake on their end and instead of trying to figure it out they simply ignored it. If that’s not the case, what kind of explanation could there possibly be for this infuriating experience? I am a fast food worker myself so I try to be understanding but never would I ever let a guest wait 30 minutes for one thing never mind bring out giant orders placed after the small one. This is not how to run a restaurant and I will never be returning. Corporate needs to do better since clearly managers don’t make their employees do their job.

  We went through the drive-through at sonic in Nixa just to get a simple blue coconut slushy for my grandson. I had a long time at the window to observe the staff inside the restaurant. I counted no less than four people walking around actively drinking drinks while making food and filling bags I mentioned it to the lady who checked me out at the window and I thought it was inappropriate that they were all drinking and that I would’ve had doubts about eating the food there and she said I will mention it to them. She was dressed in black. She had long hair in a ponytail and she was not drinking a drink. I saw her say something and they all looked at me. While I was waiting a fifth person came by with a drink looked at me and drank it openly as if to say look at this.
