  i've always loved seven brew, but unfortunately i had a disappointing experience at the nixa location. i had a free medium drink coupon, and the employee making my drink told me they could make it a large instead. after my drink was already made, she told me to give my coupon to the employee at the register. when i got to the register, i was told they could only honor the coupon for a medium. i explained that the employee who made my drink had offered the large and suggested they ask her since she was right there, but they weren't very willing to help resolve the situation. instead of arguing, i just paid the difference for the large. what disappointed me most wasn't the policy itself it was the lack of communication between employees and the unwillingness to work together to fix a simple misunderstanding. i've had consistently amazing experiences at the campbell and battlefield locations. the staff there are always friendly, helpful, and provide excellent customer service. because of that, this experience at the nixa location really stood out in a negative way. i hope management takes this as constructive feedback. i love seven brew and want every location to provide the same great customer service that keeps people coming back.

  I had an issue with my drink at 7 Brew, and the male employee who initially helped us was extremely kind, understanding, and professional. He genuinely tried to make things right and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the blonde manager who got involved was unnecessarily rude, aggressive, and dismissive. Her attitude turned a simple issue into an unpleasant experience. She was aiming more for herself and less for the happiness of her customer. Honestly, their positions should be swapped—the employee showed the professionalism and leadership I'd expect from a manager, while the manager did not. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled by management. Then after all of that my drink was poorly made after they tried to cancel it without me asking.

  7 Brew Coffee is ALWAYS GOOD. Had the Banana Bread Iced Coffee and it was GREAT. GLAD they opened a 7 Brew Coffee in Nixa!💯

  I have been going to 7brew since I moved here 4 years ago. I love all the drinks they have. I’ve had a couple bad experiences at the Nixa location. Today solidified that the location isn’t up to par with the other locations. It’s a 50/50 shot whether you get a good drink or a bad drink. Half the time I have to fix my drink at home. On Mothers Day one of the girls that worked there treated me horribly. It was my first Mother’s Day and we were getting brewzies to celebrate. She couldn’t have been more rude to me. Today I got a sweet and salty with coldfoam which is my typical order. My fiancé got a smooth triple 7. His drink tasted worse than mine did. The atmosphere is great but I don’t know if they need more time with the menu or they just don’t care but it’s too bad cause that’s the closest one to me. I don’t want to go back if I’m going to have to order a drink then fix it myself at home.

  Everyone is super upbeat and nice, coffee is phenomenal and they have options for everyone!
