  Raegan is always so friendly and knowledgeable about your drinks. She nails it every time! She knows what pairs well and can offer suggestions so I can try different drinks. She’s always nice and greets me with a smile.

  This was my first time ordering 7brew as I am new to the area. The beverages are AMAZING. I downloaded the App, so I could have time to browse all the drinks (what a great selection!) they had options for dairy free, sugar free, add protein…. Making it customizable for customer needs! I loved they offered coconut milk! I will be a repeat customer from now on ❤️❤️

  I have debated going through and grabbing a coffee today but holding back bc of something that happened about two months ago and I just haven’t been able to let it go. Two months ago, I came through to grab my usual coffee. When I received it, I noticed that it didn’t look normal. It didn’t look like the same coffee I had always purchased. I said something to the gal checking me out and it turned out it didn’t have coffee in it. She apologized and said she would have a new one made and would get me a free drink ticket. When she came back with my new drink, she told me that the manager wouldn’t let her give me one. I’m not upset about not being able to get a free drink, it’s not about that. Here’s the deal, your sole purpose for business is COFFEE. Had I not caught the fact that my drink had no coffee in it (your one job) I would have drove off, after paying $10 for a coffee and tipping $2. No one caught it, I DID. The girl that helped me was absolutely wonderful, so sweet. My complaint and disappointment is with the manager. His reaction and choice to go out of his way to tell her not to give me a drink ticket shows the lack of care for mistakes that happen on his watch. Extremely disappointed. Bc of this incident, I haven’t been back since.

  Seven brews is by far my favorite place to grab a drink. I frequent them often in Springfield, Joplin and Northwest Arkansas. Love their customer service until today at the nixa location. Pulled in, super excited there wasn't a line - only one car and they were making their order. Had to wait a while for them to make their drink. Then I pulled up for them to take my order and the girl looked at me, took her drink that she was drinking on outside in the drive-thru, and went back inside. I waited for another 30 seconds then watched her visit with another worker. As I started rolling forward to leave a worker came out. I've had faster service at other locations with two lines. Hoping this is a new location that just hasn't got their stuff together yet
