I'm the only one in the restaurant and 15 feet from the counter where I sat down. My order is made ready and the lady comes out to the counter and sits the food down and calls my name. She looks at me getting up and holds it while standing at the counter for me to come get it. If you don't know what is wrong here, you know nothing about customer service.
