  I wanted to update my review after taking some time to reflect on the situation. My last order did have an issue and in the moment I was frustrated because we live about 25 minutes away and realized it after getting home close to closing time. After speaking with them afterward, though, I was reminded that there are real people behind the counter, in this case teenagers still in high school who are learning responsibility, customer service, and work ethic for the first time. I truly appreciate businesses willing to invest in young people and give them opportunities to grow. I agree with the owner, who kindly reached out to me, that grace does in fact matter, especially when mistakes are made. None of us get everything right all the time, and I know I’d want patience and understanding shown to my children when they enter the work force as well. What matters is learning, improving, and treating each other with kindness which I honestly missed the mark on during this experience. I’ve had many good experiences here since they have opened, and I’ll continue supporting them. Hoping this encourages a little more grace and compassion on both sides, because the world could use more of it.
