  Haven’t gotten one order right in the past 4 times we’ve ordered. Can’t figure out how to not put lettuce on a burger… 4 times in a row. This order 3 different items on the receipt were wrong in some fashion. It simply cannot be that hard.

  I’m so disappointed in Sonic. Our last couple of orders have been so incorrect. We live 5 miles out of town. My order was a 6 inch chili dog and it was repeated back-to him….. We got a regular hot dog with all of the trimmings. My husband ordered a cheese burger with large tots. Tots arrived but no burger… I wonder who received our order? This is my first official complaint ……. And we should have checked it first, but there are usually several people already behind- and I hate to keep people waiting in line behind me. I’m not out to get anyone in trouble- but it does make me sad.
