  I was in the drive threw and wanted a drink and food I said my drink but then she didn’t let me finish what I wanted to say to finish my order and she said ok go to the window. She was very rude this was at 3:30 ish I don’t know what was going threw her head but this need to be managed

  2.5 honestly. The food isnt bad. The service is mid. Im more partial to my order being right. Ive came here 6 times in the past three months and my order has been wrong each time. Today it was cheese curds. I ordered and at first they brought me tater tots. Not their fault, probably didn't hear us correctly or the wrong item was ordered. I stopped a waitress out side and told her about the miscommunication. She was obviously unhappy, which is okay we are people after all, and yet stayed professional giving us the time she had to fix our order. When she came back...the same tater tots with sliced cheese melted over the top of them. I wanted to give sometime before my review because we all make mistakes, but this is a one too many times issue. Ill of course keep attending, but would love to see improvement on this challenge and better service overall.

  Waited 45 minutes for chili cheese dog tots and a large drink they did not charge for it got home no chili dog but got chili tots and another order of tots and a large drink

  Not sure if it's all locations but MOST locations I have went to not a great experience! Some of my oder is either missing or cold or I sit and wait for over 20min for my food and sometimes to just get someone to take my order...and there's been times the parking lot nor drive through has been full or even close to full..there's also been times where I can't get anyone to answer the phone when trying to call...the food isn't terrible for fast food when you get it fresh..
