  I ordered a burger, onion rings and a root beer.... I received the root beer but the order was 100% incorrect. I got a large mozzarella stick instead of my food. My fault for not checking before I left and trusting that your team did me right. Tried to call and got no answer and didnt have time to drive back. #starving #ijustwantedaburger #mozzsticksaregross

  Had the worst experience today went to grab lunch with my fiancé, on top of the screen, not working, when our food was finally delivered we were told to have a great day and we headed home only to get home and find out that both of our Dr Pepper were unbelievably watered down and tasted disgusting not only that, but the sauces we had asked for our sides were not given to us, this is incredibly disappointing for us and this is not the first time it has happened.

  All I wanted was a water this time. I pulled into stall 3, pushed the button multiple times over 3 minutes, with no answer. Pulled to stall 16 because the drive through had 5 cars in it, pushed the button again multiple times over 2 minutes, no answer. Decided to order by the app. After checking in, began to leave after 8 minutes, the hop finally came out as I was leaving. Mind you, this is for a water at 1:40 in the afternoon with only 2 stalls with cars. What happened to the expectation of 10 sec answer time and 2 min for a drink? If this all was for a water, I can't imagine ordering food or coming during "peak" times. Wow!
