  How are employees gonna take my order 5 minutes before closing then when we get to the window tell us sorry our grill person already took the grill apart before they even closed. Bad business.

  We pulled up to this McDonalds in Neosho, MO to get a bite of lunch fast so we could get back to work. It took these people over 40 mins to have my food ready. It’s not to the best interest that they took so long with my food. Needless to say, I will never stop at a McDonald’s for lunch again.

  After my food was handed to the wrong customer in the drive thu and the customer left with it and brought it back then they tried to give it to me. I was like no ma'am I want that fresh. Then tried to hand me the same bag again. I went in and asked them to remake it. Never looking in the bag not knowing it was missing items. Then accused me of stealing food out of the bag that was missing to begin with. We waited 30 min. I asked for a refund I am done with that place. Wendy's had my food to me in 5 min. Thanks Wendy's

  I remember when this mcdonalds was a log cabin theme with life and happiness, now it's a bland corporate building. Food is as expected, it's mcdonalds

  So their food is OK or whatever basic McDonald’s food but their surface is horrible half of the time they don’t even get the order right and it takes him 20 years to get you one thing even if no one’s in the line there is another McDonald’s in Neosho that one is way better nicer people
