- CHCody HaaseMay 9, 20261.0Placed a order on the app for 5 meals. Paid 90 plus dollars for it. App said ready by 3:40, so arrived a few mins early. Told the drive through guy I needed to pick up my order. He then states the order had already been picked up. My response "No buddy I haven't picked up my order". He proceeds to tell me his name isn't buddy and I shouldn't disrespect him. I didn't mean or intend to disrespect anyone. Just simply telling him I didn't pick up. He then told me to pull to second window and speak with the assistant manager. At the window she and another female worker was there, the other worker told the manager that it was a door dash order. Even though at this point they had the phone the order was placed on using the burger king app. I told them several times I hadn't been there to pick up my order. Finally the assistant manager took my phone and said she would fix my order. At that time the other female worker had went to the counter and said "oh well here is the ticket we just got it in". They hadn't even done my order yet but was dead set on it had already been picked up. So I had to wait even longer for my order when it was originally paid for and ordered at 3. I will not go back to this burger king, and do not agree with how they treat the customers. The food wasn't very good and when we got home with it their was what appeared to be used napkins on top of our burger boxes! Very dis appointed.

The worker making the sandwiches was licking his fingers and eating as he made breakfast sandwiches. So gross. As customer service and not clean. The entire morning crew should be fired.
