  This review is only for the gentlemen named Matt J. I had to ask for his name as I do not know him. I absolutely love 7brew visit daily but when I went on 5/16/26 we were waited on by Matt we gave him our phone number and instead of making sure it was correct he asked what he could get us I dont know if he was overwhelmed or overstimulated but its like he just gave up with our order he walked off while shaking his head like my order was to hard for him he came back to the window being so very rude and said u know what they will get u up there rude as hell and walked off to the next car. This messed up my whole order which wasn't small, cost us more than what it should have, and my points were not put on my account im very disappointed in 7brew im a newer customer but can promise u I have spent more than enough to pay the electricity bill at least once plus some! Other than this one person my experience has been wonderful any other time and would give 5 stars but I cant find myself giving that! Im giving 4 stars for the service cause any other time its definitely 5 stars!

  I've always had a good experience at this location, but today they went above and beyond for me. My Google pay was giving us trouble, so they just gave me my drinks. They were so sweet about it! Even though I felt do bad about it. My kids love getting "coffee" there! (The hot cocoa is delicious) Rarely do I have to wait more than 5 minutes unless it's a special deal day!

  Literally go here everyday, Sometimes twice a day! They always make my coffee/drinks perfect 😍 and they’re always soooo nice and friendly! Definitely makes my days better🥰 being a stay at home mom this is one of the only places I get out of the house for, so definitely makes me feel good chatting with the employees 🥰💖

  I used to come every day (my mom still does) and our orders are always the same but are NEVER made the same. To spend $8 a day on a medium iced coffee and not get what you want is ridiculous. I order mine with two extra shots and half sweet and pray that they don't give me a cup of caramel flavored milk, but 7/10 times that is exactly what I get. My mom started asking for the extra shots on the side in a separate cup just to ensure we are getting them and now we are told that will cost $2.25 per shot, but only $0.75 per shot if they put it in the drink themselves. This location needs to shut down for a week and train their employees on the importance of doing things the right way and consistently. The employees have always been extremely friendly and I have never had a personal issue even when sending a drink back, but this location is by far the worst with coffee. I always try my drink before I leave and send it back to be fixed if not correct.... which unfortunately happens 70% of the time. The last time I was in, I was asked by the employee taking my order to go online and give them a review with five stars because this location was the lowest rated in our area, so I decided to give an honest review because they need to actually look at these reviews to encourage them to do better. PLEASE for the love of coffee do better!!

  Neosho’s 7Brew is really stepping up their game! Everyone is very welcoming, accommodating, and good at making delicious drinks. The last 2 times I’ve gone have been some of the best coffees I’ve had from any location. I definitely recommend swinging through to get your coffee fix!
