  I don't usually have a problem with this location however this morning I waited over 20 mins and tried different stalls and got 0 service. Several other people left as well. Maybe instead of having someone power washing the parking lot during a rush time you have them help staff the store?????

  They have great food and that's where the good stuff ends. Service is seriously not something they're concerned about here in Aurora. And the way they act like you're committing a felony if you walk in the building, tip: bring my drink in under 5 minutes and I wouldn't have to come inside.

  This is not about a single mistake. That can be excused. This has become a consistent pattern that has reached the point where I no longer feel comfortable giving this location my business. I am currently pregnant, and because of that I am especially careful about my food. With the recent concerns surrounding lettuce across the country, I specifically order every burger without lettuce. I also request extra pickles and mustard because those are my preferences. These are not unusual or complicated modifications, yet this location continues to get my order wrong virtually every time I visit. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered a #4 meal with no lettuce, extra pickles, and mustard added. Instead, I received a single cheeseburger loaded with lettuce, only one pickle, and no mustard at all. Not only was it the wrong preparation, it wasn't even the correct burger. The biggest issue is that I live about 35 minutes away from this Sonic. Every time my order is wrong, the only solution offered is for me to drive another hour and ten minutes round trip to have it corrected. As a pregnant customer who is already exhausted, that is simply unreasonable. By the time I get home, I don't have the energy to make another trip because of mistakes your staff made. I have continued to support this location despite repeated disappointments because I believed the promises that things would improve. Instead, the same errors continue to happen over and over again. At this point, I feel like my time, money, and loyalty as a customer have been completely disregarded. I should not have to wonder whether my order will be correct every single time I choose to spend my money here.
