    Slowest most incompetent DQ I've ever been to. If you go through the drive through, you'll sit at the speaker for an average 6 minutes and they'll finally answer if you ask if anyone is there. 9 times out of 10 they can only take cash because they, "are having trouble with their card reader" so most people just leave. Tonight we went through the drive through an hour and a half before close and they said they weren't doing food, only ice cream. But at the drive through window they were visibly making food. It's always something every time we go. So disappointing. Please don't bother responding with the, "we hope you'll give us another chance" automated answer. Just fix the issues and train the staff.

    Stopped in to order some lunch, and from the time we walked in, we stood there for 5 minutes without anyone approaching us to take our order. Finally, a young lady approached us with the worst customer service skills I have ever seen! Zero emotion or customer service skills. We ordered our food, and I asked for a 2-piece sauced chicken strip, and she said, "I cannot do that." I said, "Okay, sell me the sauce." She replied, "Also, I cannot do that?" So I proceeded to order a single burger with added flamethrower sauce, and before I could order anything else, she gave me my total to rush me out of line. Upon receiving my burger, there was so much sauce it was not edible at all. I'm not a picky person, and I hate giving bad reviews, but she needs some mandatory coaching ASAP!
