    If Ai could give 0 I would....placed an order online, ,I have been sitting here 30 minutes to get it, finally go Inside, after everyone of the workers look at me they all continue to ignore me, 5 minutes later I ask them if they can help me, she yells across the store telling me she will bring it out to me when its do e, its been another 10 mi utes and nothing..this is terrible custo er service !

    i waited 30 minutes to be told by an employee i was wrong about the spot i was in as if the screen doesn’t literally give you a number. right or wrong they should know that’s what the customers see, it was very rude the way she said i was wrong and i’m confused as to where the “correct number” is. the interaction with the employee frustrated me to the point i was in tears and i just wanted to leave. i was then given a melted milkshake that didn't even have the cherry. wish i wouldn’t have left a tip

    been waiting for 20 minutes at the drive thru they just talk outside while there where like 3 cars in front and back
