The food here is excellent, and the employees are always visibly working hard. However, the reason for my two-star rating is consistent understaffing. I have 25 years of experience in the food industry, including 15 years in management and 5 years as a chef. I have opened kitchens, built teams, and have a strong understanding of how a restaurant should operate.
This location regularly has long wait times, and even when ordering through the app, it often takes close to 30 minutes after ordering for the food to be completed. On my most recent visit, I did not receive au jus with my dip, my daughter did not receive marinara with her cheese sticks, my drink came without a straw, and my other daughter didn't get onions on her burger, which is what she wanted. All of these items were selected and confirmed in the app.
These issues are not a reflection of the employees’ effort. They are clear signs of understaffing. The staff is working hard, but they are stretched too thin, which leads to mistakes and delays. With adequate staffing, this restaurant could easily earn a higher rating.
